The development plan includes the addition of six Heritage Luxury suites hotels across the country. As well as the launch of the Howard Johnson by Heritage Luxury suites brand in Pakistan. The new signings will build on the company’s already strong portfolio of five hotels and more than 1,000 rooms in Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore and Multan.
Howard Johnson by Heritage Luxury suites Islamabad Blue Area
Located in the Blue Area, the central business district of Islamabad, and off the main road of Jinnah Avenue Islamabad. The first Howard Johnson by Heritage Luxury suites in Pakistan will offer guests a prime location close to various government buildings and businesses. The property will feature 70 well-appointed rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, as well as an all-day restaurant and lobby bar. Additional amenities will include a business center and two meeting rooms. The hotel is expected to open in 2024.

Located very close to Ayub National Park and Rawalpindi Golf Club, in a popular residential and commercial area of Rawalpindi. This hotel expects to open in 2024, following an extensive renovation project. It will have 130 rooms and various high-quality amenities.
Heritage Luxury suites Lahore Cooper Road
This mixed-use development with retail and office space will be located in a prime location in the heart of Lahore, close to the Punjab Assembly, close to Mall Road, Alhamra Arts Council and WAPDA House. The newly built hotel will feature 316 rooms, a sky atrium, rooftop pool, spa, and fitness center. Other amenities will include all-day dining, a specialty restaurant, a lobby cafe, as well as a business center, a ballroom, and two boardrooms. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2023.
