On the other hand, you can use water to wake yourself up-simply take a cold/lukewarm shower, and you will feel like you got 8 hours of sleep the previous night. This method can help you stay focused throughout the day, even after a sleepless night.  

Go out for a walk  

 

Instead of spending your whole day inside, you should take a short walk. Walking can positively affect your mood, essential after a sleepless night. Additionally, going on a walk may cause you to feel sleepier afterward, so you can finally get a good night’s sleep.
